By accessing or using LWK Store ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access or use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

LWK Store is an independent online marketplace that facilitates the purchase of virtual in-game items for the KVGD game on the Roblox platform. LWK Store is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Roblox Corporation in any way. All in-game items listed are sold as a service by LWK Store and its operators.

To make purchases on LWK Store, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@lwkstore.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price in full. We accept LWK Coins and Robux as payment. All prices displayed are final at the time of purchase. LWK Store reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase under local law.

All purchased items are delivered digitally via our official Discord server (discord.gg/FDrsGaAAfE). You must be a member of our Discord server at the time of purchase to receive your items. LWK Store aims to fulfill all orders within 24 hours. Delivery times may vary due to demand. Failure to be present in the Discord server may delay or prevent delivery.

All sales are final once an item has been successfully delivered to you. If your order has not been fulfilled within 48 hours of purchase and you have not received any communication from a support representative, please contact us at support@lwkstore.com. Refunds are issued solely at the discretion of LWK Store management and only in cases of non-delivery or verified service failure.

LWK Coins are a virtual currency issued by LWK Store for use exclusively within our platform. Coins may be used to purchase items listed in the Marketplace. LWK Coins are non-refundable once purchased unless required by applicable law. Coins do not expire. LWK Store reserves the right to adjust coin valuations or discontinue the coin system with reasonable notice to users.

The LWK Advocate affiliate program allows approved participants to earn LWK Coins commissions on qualifying referral purchases. Participation in the program is subject to separate approval by LWK Store. LWK Store reserves the right to modify commission rates, eligibility criteria, and program terms at any time. Earned commissions may be forfeited if your account is found to have violated these terms.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate any aspect of our service, pricing, or delivery process; (c) engage in fraudulent transactions or chargebacks without legitimate cause; (d) resell items purchased on LWK Store without prior written authorization; (e) harass or abuse LWK Store staff or other users; or (f) attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. LWK Store does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LWK Store and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to LWK Store in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

LWK Store reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
